I was born and raised in the Upstate. I understand how it works here. I’m in the people business not property business. Good news is, I’ve also done a lot of things too.
Before DP Management, I designed and built custom and spec homes for over 7 years. I’m a SC Licensed Residential Builder and State licensed electrician. I understand construction. Building and Codes guys like me. You will too.
It’s probably because I’m an engineer at heart. My first break came at Partners in Textile Innovations when the company first started. I was hired as plant electrical engineer and spent my time developing innovative new equipment to process and finish textile materials. I then advanced to plant engineer overseeing their entire manufacturing. That’s when I got the entrepreneurial bug.
I started an electronic trouble shooting firm for all types of manufacturing equipment across the upstate of SC. We evolved into an Electrical Contracting company for residential housing and ultimately into my own custom home business.
I joined David Pitts in December 2007 to build the best residential property management company in the Upstate (DPM) – which we did in 3 years. Subsequently, I bought the company in February 2011, now I’m the sole owner, and it’s called DP Management.
I’m no spring chicken. You don’t want a newbie. I’m also not that old – so you might say I am old enough to know when things are important and when they aren’t. I want to change how management really gets done. You want that too. Let’s work together. Hire me.
